Please help my first trip!
Hello.
I'm self-confident that I'm the biggest Dredg fan in Japan. And really looking forward to new record.
As you know, Dredg have never visit Japan. Probably they will not come for a while...
Finally I decided to go to US instead of waiting in Japan.
Now I have got a ticket for the show on 7th Nov (Because Dredg's members are from San Francisco. That's the reason). But I'm a beginner in foreign travel...And I'm not so good at English. So I need somebody's help. May I ask for guiding around venue? Because I don't have so rich budget, I'm going to stay at Hostel International.
It's a pressing need. I've been waiting for your reply!

I would say that if you are coming alone and are not familiar with the area then I would try to contact any other members on this site who is going to the SF show. Keep checking the tour section for that date and see who is going. Also I would suggest going to a Circa Survive site and doing the same. Hook up with someone before the show and get acclimated. I would try to help you out but I live near Washington, DC so....
I can't believe this band is not mainstream...but then again I'm glad they are not. -

Re: Please help my first trip!
Darkclots, Try letting the band know. They have facebook accounts and are surprisingly accessible for such busy people! I bet its an honor to have someone come from another country to see them. I'm going to the show in NC, if you came to there I could easily help (plus my friend who lives right near the venue speaks Japanese very well)...but CA is on the opposite coast. Just try to get a room in a decently rated place as close to the actual show as possible. That way you don't have to be worried about as much.
I've never been there either, but I know its quite a busy, beautiful place. Good luck and be safe.
If you need any advice or info, I'm happy to help in whatever ways I can.
Peace -

Thank you very much for reply!
I see...I've not used facebook at all though already have my account. I will try ASAP.Thank you!
I'm very sorry I can't go to NC show. I hope to see you someday at Dredg's show!
And one more question. Can I meet the band coming out of the venue if I wait for them after show? Sometimes I've waited for band after the show in Tokyo. Is it possible for me in SF too?
I can't speak in English well and very irritated with myself...
Thank you again. Peace!
