Dredg Art Question

i know that the artwork it's inspired for drew or gavin, i know too that the symbol of leitmotif it's a chinese, if i don't wrong, that meaning changes or some like that, but i don't know if the symbol of catch without arms meaning the same or it's another meaning, really aprreciate if u can answer me, sorry for the inglish i really suck for this.....

the meaning of the symbol is indeed "change" and it's always the same. the band changes it a little bit with every album. it underlines the bands concept. don't worry about your english....just the lines "i really suck for this" made me laugh ;)

jajaja, it's not about weed, i smoke too and trust me, don't get that mind for paint that, maybe my mind it's a little mad but never reach that level, and the same thing, sucks my languaje, promisse gonna work it if i don't wanna look like a silly, 'cause my friend, I'm more afraid of the man's ignorance than anything else......thanxx 4 the answer, and i will be frecuently in this space.....

Alot of info on Dredg's inspiration on their concepts can be found on wikipedia. I remember reading that El Cielo was to circulate around Salvador Dali's Dream Caused by the Flight of a Bumblebee around a Pomegranate One Second Before Awakening, but than they expanded into Sleep Paralysis because of Dali's own influences.

Rohner Segnitz from Division Day did the artwork for The Pariah, the Parrot, the Delusion. Gavin has mentioned that during interviews.
